Processing technology of deep hole drilling and boring machine
According to the length of the workpiece, the deep hole drilling and boring machine selects two processing techniques: the short workpiece is given oil by the oil pressure head and the hydraulic pressure is tightened, the long workpiece is taught by the tail of the boring bar, and the four claw chuck is clamped. The innovated spindle structure is adopted in the oil feeder, and the bearing performance is greatly improved and the rotation accuracy is higher. The guide rail of the bed adopts the double rectangular guide rail suitable for deep hole processing machine, which has great bearing capacity and good guiding accuracy. Processing technology requirements of deep hole drilling and boring machine
The deep hole boring machine is used for processing deep holes, such as gun barrel, barrel and spindle of machine tool, whose aperture ratio (D/L) is more than 1:6. A deep hole drill similar to a horizontal lathe is used to rotate the workpiece (or rotate the workpiece and tool simultaneously). Deep hole drilling machine has general, special and modified by ordinary lathe. In order to facilitate cooling and chip removal, the layout of deep hole drilling machine is horizontal. The main parameters of deep hole drilling machine are large drilling depth.
In order to meet the technological requirements of deep hole processing, deep hole drilling and boring machines should meet the following requirements:

5) tool guide system. The deep hole bit is guided by the tool before drilling into the workpiece to ensure the accurate position of the cutter head, and the guide sleeve is close to the end face of the workpiece.
