1. Before the operation of the deep hole drilling machine, check whether the oil level of the lubricating oil injected into the guide rail of the sliding table and the main shaft is in the middle of the oil level gauge. If the oil level is lower than the lower limit, add oil to the middle of the oil level gauge.
2. The fluctuation value of the source voltage shall not be greater than 5%. The voltage and frequency on the label of the machine tool motor shall be consistent with the power supply. Otherwise, it is forbidden to start the motor.
3. Lubricating oil and deep hole drilling oil can only be used according to the oil or the oil with similar chemical composition as the oil specified in the imitation list of deep hole drilling machine.
4. When the V-belt of the main shaft needs to be replaced with a new belt, it should have enough pre tightening force to avoid sagging, fever, noise or vibration during operation. If such problems are found, the belt should be tightened from the beginning. After working for an hour, tighten the belt from the beginning to compensate for the belt stretching and grooving. Every 40 hours of operation, check the belt tightness and tighten the belt from the beginning.
