In our life, no matter what machines and equipment are used, there will be some small problems after a long time. In particular, metal machinery and equipment, after rain and wind, often appear rust on the surface. And the same is true for CNC deep hole drills, which will be rusted after a long time of application. Then, what precautions can be taken to avoid rusting? Here are some tips on how to prevent deep hole drills from rusting.
1. When antirust agent and antirust treatment vegetable oil are used for antirust treatment, the oil shall be wiped evenly and continuously, and the uneven layers, missed coating and bubbles shall not be displayed;
2. The places that are easy to rust must be cleaned carefully with cold water. If there is no rust, dirt or oil stain after inspection, it should be treated for rust prevention;
3. Only the parts that need to be put into the warehouse must be cleaned to prevent the deep hole drilling from rusting. If the parts are rusted before, they cannot be put into the warehouse or assembled, so as to prevent the corrosion of other components;
4. In the whole process of using every spare part of CNC lathe, the cutting oil that meets the standard should be selected to prevent rusting; and in the deep processing, it is required to clean it carefully for antirust treatment;
5. The residual salt must be cleaned immediately for the deep hole drilling parts after heat treatment in the salt furnace.
