Knowledge 1. The radial force should be neither too small nor too large. Too small radial force will weaken the guide of the deep hole bit and cause vibration; too large radial force will destroy the oil film of the guide block and make the guide block wear quickly. Knowledge 2: in the process of deep hole drilling, it is necessary to ensure the coolant flow and select the guide block material with good adhesion resistance, so as to avoid chip plugging and cutting adhesion on the guide block.
