Many users encounter the problem that the machining aperture is too large when using the boring and pressing combination head, so how should we solve it? I believe that many users are more concerned.
1. Reduce the outer diameter of reamer appropriately according to the specific situation;
2. Reduce the cutting speed;
3. Properly adjust the feed rate or reduce the machining allowance;
4. Reduce the main deflection angle properly;
5. Straighten or discard the bent and unusable reamer;
6. Carefully trim with oilstone to be qualified;
7. Control the swing difference within the allowable range;
8. Select cutting fluid with better cooling performance;
9. Before installing the reamer, the oil stain inside the taper shank of the reamer and the taper hole of the main shaft of the machine tool must be wiped off, and the cone surface with bumps shall be polished with oilstone;
10. Grinding the flat end of reamer;
11. Adjust or replace the main shaft bearing;
12. Readjust the floating head and adjust the coaxiality;
Pay attention to correct operation.
