The outstanding function of the scraping roller is inseparable from the characteristics of its primary structure. Today, I will elaborate the primary structure of the scraping roller:
1. Bed part: it is the basic part of the machine tool. Its rigidity directly affects the operation function and accuracy of the whole machine tool. The machine bed is made of resin sand and cast with high quality cast iron. It has good appearance and strength. The layout of rib plate is reasonable. Π type reinforcement makes the machine bed have excellent rigidity, vibration resistance and section distortion resistance. The lathe bed adopts the split splicing structure and the guide rail adopts the medium frequency quenching grinding technology, which makes the machine tool have outstanding wear resistance and precision persistence. The guide rail of the bed adopts double flat structure.
2. Drill pipe box part: the drill pipe box is the whole structure. The main shaft is driven by the communication main shaft motor through narrow V-belt and variable speed organization. The rotation speed is planned to be 3-1000r / min, and the main motor is 37 / 45KW communication main shaft motor. Hydraulic two speed stepless speed regulation. The selection of rotation speed can be confirmed according to the factors such as workpiece raw material, hardness and whether the cutter breaks chips.
3. Feed part: the rear part of the machine tool is equipped with Taiwan high-precision ball screw and feed box for tool feed. The front half of the machine tool is equipped with T lead screw and feeding box for workpiece orientation adjustment and clamping.
4. Oil feeder part: the primary function of the oil feeder part is: first, to input coolant to the processing workpiece and seal. Second, support boring bar. Third, boring head guide. Fourth, supporting and tightening the workpiece and positioning the workpiece.
5. Workpiece bracket: V-shaped block supports the workpiece. Manual screw and nut lifting. It mainly plays the role of workpiece bearing, adjustment and alignment of drilling and boring direction.

6. Chip removal equipment: when boring, the main shaft drives the cutter to rotate, and the iron chips are taken forward by the coolant and discharged through the main shaft hole of the oil return device. The active chip removal machine sends the iron chips to the chip storage car and cools them back to the oil tank.
7. Hydraulic system: located at one end of the oil feeder, it is used to seal the oil when the workpiece of the oil feeder is tightened. The pressure is 6.3MPa. The main components are Taiwan series products.
8. The cooling system adopts chain plate chip conveyor → filter screen (coarse screen) → oil filter → secondary oil filter and tertiary filtration. The scrap iron is sent to the chip storage car by the chain plate chip conveyor, and the coolant flows back to the oil tank. After being filtered by the coarse filter screen, and then filtered by the oil filter, it is pumped to the secondary oil filter by the screw pump to further purify the coolant. Then the coolant is supplied to the oil feeder, and through the variable frequency speed regulation of the motor, different flow rates can be obtained to meet the different requirements of the workpiece aperture. In addition, in order to avoid the influence of the oil temperature rise on the machining accuracy, the tool life is advanced together, and the oil cooling temperature control equipment yld120 is added, the cooling capacity is 12000cal / h, and the input power is 4.7KW.
9. The oil feeder is equipped with a set of special top plate guide sleeve and a set of oil feeding pipeline, which can be adjusted to the proper position of the workpiece length through the lead screw under the oil feeder, and then the workpiece is tightened by the hydraulic cylinder.
10. Boring bar support: the boring bar guide sleeve is fixed on the support body with screws and replaced with the boring bar. It mainly supports the boring bar, controls the movement direction of the boring bar and absorbs the sensation of the boring bar.
