What causes the oil feeder of deep hole drilling and boring machine not to seal the oil
1. The jacking force of oil feeder of deep hole drilling and boring machine is small. When the jacking force is less than the thrust produced by the high-pressure oil, the high-pressure oil pushes the oil feeder away, and the high-pressure oil splashes out in an instant;
2. The workpiece end face of deep hole drilling and boring machine is inclined. The seal between the end face of the workpiece and the end face of the rotary sleeve of the oil feeder mechanism is usually made of hard rubber. The deflection of the end face of the workpiece will cause uneven force on the whole sealing machine in the axial direction. The local seal with small force in the axial direction will have bad consequences, and it is easy to show the scene of oil leakage. When the pressure is heavy, the oil will flow out from the end face of the workpiece like water;
3. The deep hole drilling and boring machine presents chip blockage. Because of the improper adjustment of cutting parameters, the result of chip breaking during drilling is poor, showing long chips, which can not be discharged from the drill pipe inner hole in time, resulting in higher and higher system pressure. When the system pressure exceeds the jacking force of the oil feeder, the high-pressure oil pushes the oil feeder away, and the high-pressure oil splashes out in an instant.
