Deep hole tools are used to process deep holes with a diameter ratio (D / L) of more than 1:6, such as those in barrel, barrel and spindle of machine tool. The deep hole drill bit with workpiece rotating (or workpiece and cutter rotating at the same time) is similar to horizontal lathe. In order to meet the technological requirements of deep hole machining, the deep hole cutter shall meet the following conditions:
1) Ensure the coaxiality of drill pipe support (on which there is drill pipe support sleeve), tool guide sleeve, headstock main shaft and drill pipe box main shaft. The deep hole honing machine tool has safety control indicating devices, such as spindle load (torque) table, feed speed table, cutting fluid pressure gauge, cutting fluid flow control table, filter controller and cutting fluid temperature monitoring. The guide rail of deep hole cutter bed adopts double rectangular guide rail suitable for deep hole machining machine tool, which has large bearing capacity and good guiding accuracy; the guide rail has been quenched and has high wear resistance. The deep hole drilling machine with workpiece rotating (or workpiece and cutter rotating at the same time) is similar to the horizontal lathe. 2) Stepless adjustment of feed speed.
3) Sufficient pressure, flow (in cubic meters per second) and clean cutting fluid system.
4) It has safety control indicating device, such as spindle load (torque) table, feed speed table, hydraulic cutting force table, cutting fluid flow control table, filter controller and cutting fluid temperature (food monitor), etc.
5) Tool guide system. The deep hole cutter is guided by the cutter before drilling into the workpiece to ensure the accurate position of the cutter head, and the guide sleeve is close to the end face of the workpiece.
