Thimble and barrel are the most commonly used parts in die and mould industry. The thimble is used in conjunction with the barrel. The most typical feature of the barrel part is that the inner hole is a step hole, and the inner diameter of the step hole is 0.5-1.0 mm different. The processing of the step hole is the most difficult point in the whole processing of the barrel parts.

In particular, the deep hole entrance and the outer circle have very good jump, which can be controlled within 0.025 mm.
