Function of deep hole machine:
The deep hole machine is a deep - hole working machine, which can support the process of drilling, boring and trepanning manufacturing of big diameter workpiece , the workpiece rotates slowly and the tool rotates in high speed and feed.
It used s BTA during the drilling work and forward chip removal while boring. As for the trepanning process we use extra chip removal technique , which demand professional trepanning tools. According to the needs of manufacturing, a boring spindle box is equipped to the machine so The boring tools could rotate and feed.
