The TSK2125Ax6000mm deep hole drilling and boring machine is designed for high-efficiency machining of workpieces with diameters ranging from Φ60mm to Φ400mm and lengths up to 6000mm. It supports both BTA drilling (backward chip removal) and push boring (forward chip removal), making it a versatile solution for oil/gas, hydraulic cylinder, and heavy machinery industries.

1. Machine bed :

1.1 Machine bed is cast by super casting iron HT300 ,with middle-frequence quenching treatment ,put inside the oven for 7 days to eliminate the internal stress , make it more stable and won't deform after many years of running . 

 

 

 

 

1.2 Adopt two rectangular guide rail , guide rail surface is precision ground by the 12m length Germany Heckert brand guide rail grinding machine , the straightness can achieve 2μm/1000mm  . 

 

1.3 The guide rail surface is with middle-quenching process , hardness up to HRC48~HRC52 .
