The machine bed is made of high-quality cast iron, providing excellent rigidity and structural stability.

The boring bar box spindle is driven by a 70 kW AC servo motor, offering a wide speed range and high output torque. The feed system uses a 48 Nm AC servo motor driving a double-rack transmission, ensuring smooth feeding, long service life, and adaptability to various deep hole machining processes.

Workpiece clamping is achieved via a hydraulic cylinder, providing stable, reliable, and easy handling.

The electrical system adopts a centralized CNC control system with interactive graphical display, allowing flexible operation while ensuring safety and reliability.

This machine is suitable for both mass production and small-batch production, making it versatile for different manufacturing needs.

FEATURES

This machine serves as a replacement for traditional deep hole boring machines, combining rough boring and precision boring into a single operation. It uses push boring to complete both rough and precision boring, and retract boring to perform the rolling process.

The machine offers the following advantages:

High Efficiency: Traditional processes require 2–5 separate operations, but this machine can complete the work in a single process.

High Accuracy: One-pass machining can achieve IT8 tolerance, with surface roughness ranging from Ra 0.05 to Ra 0.4 μm.

Enhanced Surface Hardness: The finished workpiece surface hardness increases by more than 50%.

Improved Working Environment: Low noise, no pollution, and reduced labor requirements.

General machine layout and main parts structural detail:
1. Machine components

The machine tool is composed by the bed body, head of a bed frame, feeding oiler, oiler feeding system, boring bar, boring bar drag plate feeding system, the work support, boring bar support, work calipers, chip removal filter system, hydraulic system, cooling system, CNC electrical system, automatic lubrication system and other major parts.

2. Boring bar box

Boring rod box is box structure, drive by 70 KW ac servo motor through the synchronous belt, rated speed of motor is 1500r / min, top speed is 4500 r/min, the motor is fixed on the upper of the boring bar box, and drive with the boring bar box through the synchronous belt, good driving rigidity, good vibration resistance. Select 70 KW ac servo motor of Germany Siemens.

3. Boring bar support

The machine tool has three boring bar brackets, and boring bar support plays a part in increasing the stiffness of the boring bar, reducing the vibration and stability of the boring bar, make it more smoothly when turns. Boring bar bracket adopts the centripetal ball bearing support, to ensure not only the accuracy of axial but also the accuracy of radial, using the rotation of the bearing sets makes small rotational resistance and steady running. Manual lubrication pump is mounted on the boring bar bracket, to regularly provide lubrication for rotating assembly.

4. Workpiece calipers The machine tool is equipped with two hydraulic workpiece calipers, the purpose of the workpiece calipers is to load and unload workpieces conveniently, at the same time to guarantee the stability of workpiece when processing.

5. Work support The machine tool is equipped with two work supports, bracket with V type rack can adjust the height from top to bottom, in order to suit the diameters of different work-pieces, head frame to loosen the work-piece when unloading work-pieces, and the work-pieces will fall into the center of the V type roller.

6.Cooling system The cooling system is on the side of the machine tool, the main parts are the fuel tank, pump station, oil pipe, automatic chip removal machine and magnetic separator. The roles of the coolant are cooling and removing chips.
