1. Processing Capacity

Drill range: Φ3 – Φ20 mm

Workpiece OD range: Φ15 – Φ100 mm

Max. drill depth: 1000 mm

Max. drilling length-to-diameter ratio: 100:1

 

2. Structure & Machining Method

Gun drilling method with dual-spindle structure; can process 2 workpieces simultaneously, suitable for coaxial holes on shaft parts.

Tool and workpiece rotate relative to each other during machining, with tool feed.

 

3. Workpiece Clamping

Cone discs on headstock and oil pressure head; control system moves the oil pressure head axially to automatically clamp and position the workpiece using the cone discs and chamfers on both ends.

 

4. Key Components & Systems

Guide rails: Linear guides.

CNC system: GSK.

Drill box: Servo main motor drives spindle rotation via synchronous belt and pulley; stepless speed regulation, max. spindle speed 5000 r/min; dual-spindle structure with one motor driving two spindles; front drive protects main motor and facilitates tool change.

Headstock: Drives workpiece at constant 117 r/min; spindle moves axially under hydraulic control for clamping/loosening; front-mounted drive for easy loading/unloading and motor protection; manually movable on linear guide rail and lockable via locking block.

Tool feed system: Servo motor drives ball screw; infinitely adjustable feed rate.

Drill bar support rest: 3 sets.

Coolant system: High-pressure pump unit, chain plate chip conveyor, oil cooler, filtering device, etc.; pressure and flow adjustment panel on CNC operation station.

 

5. Foundation & Protection

Bed and box components: Resin sand casting with two aging treatments; inclined oil return groove design prevents oil accumulation.

Guide frame: For tool guidance, chip removal, and cutter bar support; front end with guide sleeve, rear end with cutter bar support sleeve.

Protection: Fully enclosed host.
