TGG200x6m Deep hole skiving roller&burnishing machine is suitable for boring ,skiving and burnishing the precision tubes such as hydraulic cylinders , air cylinders and so on . The processing accuracy can up to IT8~IT10 ,surface roughness after burnishing could reach Ra0.2~Ra0.4μm .
Description
This machine adopt workpiece fixed , cutting tool rotary feeding processing method.
The locating base position the workpieces with different length through servo motor, reduction box and Rack and Pinion . The headstock tighten workpiece under the pushing of hydraulic cylinder . The machines is equipped with SIEMENS CNC system ,boring bar box adopts MK brand 50kw AC servo spindle motor ,rotary speed range 10-1200r/min(two-gears ),speed stepless within eash gear.The spindle bearings are NSK brand with high turning accuracy. The feeding box adopt SIEMENS servo motor , speed stepless , the feeding adopt high precision Rack and Pinion structure, to realize the high accuracy and stable feeding of spindle box . The machine bed adopt double rectangular guide rail , to ensure the whole rigidity of machine , with high movement precision and good abrasion resistance. It adopt the Taiwan hydraulic components , performance is stable and reliable . Machine has auto chips removal device ,leak-proof performance is good; The coolant liquid adopt three stages filter, the filtering accuracy is 50μ.
This machine adopts skiving-burnishing processing method , because the workpiece is fixed , it needs to use the floating type skiving-burnishing tool or push boring-pull burnishing tool , the workpieces are cold draw tubes or tubes with rough boring .

It adopts Siemens 808 CNC system. The spindle speed, feed speed and coolant pressure are displayed by instruments, which can be easily adjusted according to the workpiece processing aperture and processing materials. The electric box is in the middle of the rear side of the oil tank.
