Skiving Roller Burnishing Machines

The standard processing mode of Deep hole skiving and roller burnishing machine is that workpiece fixed, cutting tool rotate and feed . The workpiece is positioned by cone disc on both ends, hydraulic tightened and clamped by thespecial used self-centering hydraulic clamping device .

Boring hole : Adopt push boring mode, oil pressure head supply the cutting oil, discharge the cutting chips forward through the finished hole on workpiece .

Skiving hole : Skiving and burnishing is integrated ,oil pressure head supply the cutting oil, discharge the cutting chips forward through workpiece basic hole .

Burnishing hole : Smooth the hole with burnishing head .

Machine overall layout and the structure of the main components:

Machine overall layout:machine bed, head frame ,workpiece carrier, self-centering clamping device, oil pressure head, boring box, boring bar support rest, feeding system, cooling system, CNC control system and so on.

 Machine bed:

Machine is with rectangular guide rails, which have been quenched and have high wear resistance; the bed adopts a split structure, which is assembled with high-strength bolts and is positioned with tapered pins. 

A high-precision ball screw pair is installed at the right end of the bed for the movement of the boring box (Z1 axis). The ball screw pair is used for the feeding of machine, which has the advantages of smooth transmission, high transmission efficiency, and high precision. It can also effectively increase the life-span of cutting tool. A trapezoidal screw pair (Trapezoidal screw has function of self-locking, which could ensure the oil pressure head can be locked when the workpiece is tightened)is installed at the left end of the bed for the movement of the oil pressure head (Z2 axis).

 Coolant system:

The main function of the cooling system is to use the circulating liquid medium to lubricate and cool the cutting area and remove the cutting chips. The cooling system adopts an above-ground oil tank structure. The cooling oil take away cutting chips by the chips conveyor and then filtered through a three-stage filter (rough filter)-magnetic filter-cloth bag fine filter.

Coolant circulation method: the cooling oil after fine filtration is transfered to the cutting area, then reach the head frame, chips conveyor, and magnetic filter system through the workpiece inner hole, and then enters the auxiliary oil tank, and then the cooling oil is transported by the liquid pump to the fine filter, the cooling oil is filtered and then enters the clean oil tank oil, repeat like this.

The cooling system is an oil supply system composed of a motor pump, and the required flow rate can be obtained according to the processing needs.

Hydraulic system:

Located in the middle of the back side of the machine, it mainly provides hydraulic power for workpiece tightening, workpice clampig ,oil pressure head locking, automatic tool expansion and contraction (hydraulic expansion and contraction tool) etc. .

Control system:

The independent electrical cabinet has good dust-proof effect. The cabinet is equipped with an axial fan cooling system to make the electrical components work in a suitable temperature environment, thereby increasing the service life of the components and ensuring the stability and reliability of the control system. The control system is SIEMENS 808D , and the main low-voltage electrical components are SCHNEIDER brand.
