Features of GUANLU Deep hole drilling machine

1. Adopting modular design, the machine is equipped with multiple selectable modules that are plug and play, with a short design cycle.

2. Taiwan YYC brand helical rack drive, with stable transmission and longer service life .

3. The machine bed is cast with oil returning slot , ensure the cutting oil could return to the oil tank automatically and quickly .

4. The spindle box is integrally cast, without cushion to increase the height and for grinding, so machine rigidity is high .

5. The transmission gears are treated with high frequency quenching, service life is much longer .

6. The machine bed adopts double rectangular sliding guide rail, the surface of guide rail is quenched and precision ground, machine bed undergo twice aging treatment, with high rigidity, more suitable for heavy cutting .

7. Headstock and drill box : Standard configuration is Manual three-gears, stepless within gear, and manual 12-gears or hydraulic three-gears are optional . The lubrication of gears and bearings adopts spray type circulating oil lubrication. The lubricating oil pump is installed outside the box for easy maintenance, and a low liquid level alarm is installed on the lubricating oil tank.

8. Install oil proof cover on the headstock and oil pressure head to recover leaked cutting oil and return it to the oil tank.

9. Oil pressure head

Used for guiding direction of cutting tool , supplying cutting oil for the cutting tool and supporting the drill bar .

The servo motor drives it to move axially , can work under both "Torque mode"and " Location mode" .

The rotary bearings of oil pressure head are installed inside of the oil pressure head body, with high rigidity and high rotation accuracy .

The rotary sealing is installed outside of the right end of oil pressure head body, which is convenient for maintenance.

The right end of oil pressure head is installed with drill bar support sleeve to support the drill bar .

The oil proof device is pushing-pulling structure , and the oil retention is installed under the oil proof device, so that the cutting oil can return to the oil tank for cycle use.

10. Drill bar support rest： Install the automatic hooking-pulling mechanism,the feed carriage can pull the drill bar support rest back to the original position automatically during backward.

11.Coolant system

The oil tank that is fully welded with super steel sheet is placed on the floor , no need to dig a pit .

Multiple partitions are welded inside the oil tank, and a dirt box is placed for easy removal and cleaning of impurities in the cutting oil.

The coolant system has multiple optional modules, such as chips conveyor, drum filter, oil chiller, oil separator, etc.

The pressure, level, temperature and flow of cutting oil can be digital displayed on the operation station .

12.Machine lubrication:

The sliding guide rail surface of the feed carriage adopts automatic lubrication station for timed and quantitative lubrication, and has a low liquid level alarm function.

The bearings and gears of t he headstock are cyclically lubricated by an

independent external oil tank and have a low liquid level alarm function.

The bearings and gears of t he drill box are cyclically lubricated by an independent external oil tank and have a low liquid level alarm function.

The carriage of oil pressure head and drill bar support rests are lubricated by the lubricating pump manually.
