1.Machine Tool Overview
1.1 Adopt gun drilling (external chip removal) processing technology.
1.2 This machine tool can process workpieces with coordinate hole distribution, and can process through holes, blind holes, and stepped holes.
1.3 The bed body, box body, worktable, column, column base and other basic parts are cast with high-quality cast iron (HT300) and treated twice with aging treatment to eliminate internal stress.
The machine has 6 servo axes:
X-axis: drive the workpiece to move laterally; Rolling Linear Guides; The servo motor drives the ball screw through the servo reducer; Numerical control; The guide rail is protected by telescopic stainless steel guide guard.
Y axis: drive the tool to move; Rolling Linear Guides; A servo motor with a brake drives a ball screw through a servo reducer; Numerical control; Balance weight counterweight.

Z1 axis: the servo motor drives the ball screw to move through the coupling for drilling, numerical control; The cutter feed can be steplessly regulated

Z2 axis : servo motor drives ball screw movement through coupling for milling, CNC control; The cutter feed can be steplessly regulated.

W-axis: controls the distance between the column and the table; Double rectangular sliding guide rail, guide rail surface precision grinding and quenching treatment; The servo motor drives the ball screw through the servo reducer; The telescopic stainless steel guide rail protective cover is adopted to protect the guide rail; Numerical control.
B axis: control workpiece indexing; It adopts the structure of numerical control rotary worktable, and the worktable can be arbitrarily indexed; Numerical control.
1.5 Cooling system
Provide high pressure, high flow and high clean cutting fluid for deep hole drilling. It is mainly composed of magnetic scraper chip conveyor machine, oil temperature controller, filtration system: to improve the cleanliness of cutting fluid, high-pressure pump group, oil tank, etc.
The flow adjustment and pressure display of the cooling system are assembled near the control station of the numerical control system, and the operator can intuitively observe and adjust the cooling system.

1.6 Drilling box
The maximum rotation speed of the spindle is 5000r/min, and it is a single spindle structure. The box body is of high quality cast iron. Synchronous toothed belt transmission is adopted between the motor and the main shaft. The motor is selected as a spindle servo motor. The main motor is rear-mounted to avoid oil inlet of the main motor, and motor interference can be avoided when changing tools.

1.7 Milling power head : drives tool rotation; The spindle is driven by servo main motor, synchronous belt and synchronous pulley, which can realize stepless speed regulation. The main motor power is 7.5 kw, and the maximum spindle speed is 3000r/min.
1.8 Machine tool guard
The main engine adopts a fully enclosed protective cover with movable doors on the front and rear sides. The rear side is the middle double door, and large workpieces can be lifted directly on the machine tool table.
1.9 Guide frame
Under the drive of the pneumatic system, the whole guide frame moves forward and backward along the rolling linear guide rail on the slide seat, and plays the functions of tightening and loosening the workpiece and drill bit guidance, drill pipe support and chip removal.

1.10 Drill pipe support: plays the role of drill pipe support and vibration reduction. 2 pieces for drilling length 1 meter machine , 3 pieces for drilling length 1.5m machine

1.11 Pneumatic system: used to control the movement of the guide frame. The gas source is provided by the user, and the pressure range is 0.5 ~ 0.6 MPa.
1.12 Automatic lubrication system: The front and rear bearings of the spindle of the drill pipe box, the guide rail surface of the carriage plate, the ball screw nut, etc. all adopt automatic timed and quantitative lubrication, and the oil tank has an automatic alarm function for low oil level.
1.13 Hydraulic system: used to control the clamping or loosening of the CNC rotary table.
1.14 The chip removal machine is placed in front of the machine tool to facilitate the operator to observe the chip breaking and chip removal work.
