Suitable for both overall honing and local honing; local honing can correct taper, ovality and local bore diameter errors.

Servo-controlled honing head expansion enables constant-pressure feed, quantitative feed and hybrid feed.

Constant-pressure feed avoids sudden spindle motor load increases and can achieve surface roughness up to Ra0.2.

Quantitative feed provides oilstone self-sharpening and can correct geometric errors of the bore.

Hybrid feed combines the advantages of both modes to improve honing accuracy and efficiency.

High-strength cast iron and resin sand casting; normalized after casting and again after rough machining to eliminate internal stress and ensure accuracy stability.

Split combined bed assembled with high-strength bolts and taper pins; linear guideways for the headstock; hardened rectangular guideways for workpiece support.

External and internal oil supply: external oil enters directly through the workpiece wall; internal oil flows through the hollow boring bar along the honing tool for better lubrication and cooling.

V-shaped workpiece fixture with manual screw adjustment and pipe-chain clamping, suitable for different workpiece diameters.

Honing bar support and honing bar bracket for stable support during machining and measurement.

Automatic lubrication station for headstock guideway sliders, with oil level alarm.

Independent electrical cabinet with dust protection and cooling system for stable and reliable control.
