Machine functions and application:

Used for precision machining various cylindrical deep hole parts.

It can do either whole honing or local honing ; When honing locally, the errors of taper, ellipse and local aperture can be corrected.

The expansion and shrink of honing head is controlled by servo motor, both constant pressure feeding and quantitative feeding could be realized .

 

Oil supply mode for honing head : External oil spray and internal oil feeding .

 

Workpiece clamping

The workpiece is placed on two sets of workpiece brackets and pressed tightly with a pressure plate.

 

Machine main parts

Machine bed, Honing box, 2sets workpiece carriers, Honing bar support rest, Rack

and pinion, Coolant system, DELTA PLC control system, Electric cabinet and so on .

 

Control system :

The reciprocating speed, rotational speed, tool feed rate, etc. can be set through programming.

The operation station is assembled on the machine bed,the operation panel can be turned manually to facilitate the operation of the machine.
