2M2150 CNC high efficiency deep-hole honing machine is equipped suitable for honing and burnishing cylindrical deep-hole parts such as various cylinders. This machine is specially for honing and burnishing step holes and the hole diameter accuracy of machined workpiece can be up to and over IT8-IT9, and the surface roughness reach Ra 0.2~0.4um. It can also repair and maintain taper and efficiency honing of cold drawing steel pipes. 2M2150 is an ideal equipment for deep-hole machining with high accuracy and high efficiency.
This machine is mated with Delta PLC system, AC servo motor, honing box adopts stepless speed.
It mated with high accuracy racks and gears to realize the reciprocating of honing head and it can control the honing position too. This machine is mated with double linear guide way, so it has long life and high accuracy. The honing head adopt hydraulic constant pressure expanding, sand blades always maintain constant pressure to be sure the roundness and cylinder of the workpiece. The honing pressure can be adjusted according to requires and it is device high and low pressure control to realize the rough the finish honing on the operate station. The machine’s other equipment such as hydraulic valve, automatic lubricate station are use the well-known brand products. Otherwise, the PLC system, linear guide way and hydraulic valve can be chosen by customer.
