The machine is special equipment for machining deep cylindrical hole of workpieces.It can be perfectly suited for drilling and boring through holes,blind and step holes in workpieces;Such as ,spindle of various kinds of machines,many kinds of hydraulic oil cylinders and cylinders and drill collars in the gas and oil field.

Machine brief

1. The machine is with Delta PLC . CNC system is optional .

2. The machine is with Rack and pinion structure,with larger cutting torque, more stable, with high transmission accuracy,without maintenance cost .

3. With Double rectangular guide rail , with heavier loading capacity .

4. The main motor of headstock connect with the spindle directly, Prevent lost rotation, with higher transmission accuracy .

5. Oil returning slots in both side of machine bed ,so the cutting oil could flow back to the oil tank very fast, which help to keep the floor clean and save oil .

6. The machine bed is cast by super casting iron HT300 , with super structure .

7. Adopt helical gear pump , with low noise and long life-span .

8. Main low pressure electric components :SCHNEIDER,NSK spindle bearings, Taiwan Rack .
