Deep hole boring machine
This machine is suitable for drilling and boring cylindrical workpieces.When drilling , it adopt chips internal removal method (BTA method),it means the cutting oil supplied by oil pressure head ,through cutting area,remove the cutting chips from the inner hole of drill bar to the chips pot at back of machine bed ; It adopt push boring method, remove the chips from front or middle of the machine . The cutting oil is supplied from the rear of boring bar ,equipped with chips pots .
Machine features:
1. Driven by rack and pinion , high transmission accuracy , No loss at the later stage , Low maintenance cost.
