The ZSK2103×2×1500 CNC Deep Hole Drilling Machine is a high-precision CNC gun drilling machine designed for deep hole drilling of small and medium-sized cylindrical workpieces. With a drilling diameter range of Φ4–Φ30 mm and a maximum drilling depth of 1,500 mm, this CNC deep hole drilling machine is suitable for shaft components, hydraulic parts, automotive components, molds and other precision deep-hole applications.

The machine adopts a dual-spindle design, allowing two workpieces to be machined simultaneously. It uses the gun drilling process, with the tool rotating at high speed while the workpiece rotates at a constant speed and the drill performs axial feed.

Dual-Spindle CNC Gun Drilling System

The ZSK2103×2×1500 uses a two-spindle gun drilling system. One servo motor drives two drill spindles through synchronous belts and pulleys, providing synchronized and stepless spindle speed control.

The maximum drill spindle speed is 5,000 r/min, which provides stable cutting conditions for small-diameter deep hole drilling.

The dual-spindle configuration is particularly suitable for machining two similar workpieces or coaxial holes on shaft-type components, improving production efficiency.

Automatic Workpiece Clamping

The headstock and guide support are equipped with conical clamping devices. The hydraulic system controls the axial movement of the headstock spindle.

The workpiece can be automatically positioned and clamped through the combination of the conical fixtures and the chamfered ends of the workpiece, providing stable support during deep hole drilling.

High-Precision CNC Feed System

The tool feed system is driven by a servo motor and precision ball screw. The feed rate can be continuously adjusted according to the workpiece material, hole diameter and drilling conditions.

The machine uses Taiwan HIWIN linear guideways to provide smooth and accurate movement of the drilling system.

High-Pressure Coolant and Filtration

The CNC deep hole drilling machine is equipped with a high-pressure coolant system consisting of two pump groups, including a variable-frequency pump and a fixed-flow pump.

The maximum coolant pressure is 10 MPa, with a maximum flow rate of 150 L/min. A 20 μm filtration system helps remove chips and impurities from the cutting fluid.
