Machine Function & Application

This machine is used for the precision finishing of various cylindrical deep-hole components such as hydraulic cylinders and pneumatic cylinders.

It can perform both full-length honing and local honing. During local honing, it can correct taper, ovality, and local bore diameter errors of the workpiece.

The expansion and contraction of the honing head are controlled by a servo motor, enabling both constant-pressure feed and fixed-quantity feed of the honing head.
