BTA drilling and Gun Drilling Combined Machine

 Machine brief:    

 BTA drilling and gun drilling combined  machine is horizontal type, adopt gun drill (chips remove outside of the tube) and BTA (chips remove inside of drill bar) two drilling processing way, but it can not use the two drilling method at the same time .

 Machine features:

• Machine guide rail all adopts rectangular slide rail.

• Equips with special used coolant system to supply high pressure,big flow and high cleaning cutting liquid for deep hole drilling.

• Automatic chips conveyor: Auto remove cutting chips, realize the preliminary separation of oil and chips .

Oil temperature controller: Control cutting oil temperature to prevent the cutting oil go bad due to the high temperature .

Filter system: Paper, net type and magnetic bar filter, improve clearness of cutting liquid .

High pressure pump groups: Supply cutting liquid with adjustable flow and pressure for cutters .

•  Cutter feeding realized by servo motor drive ball screw ; Cutter rotary adopt spindle motor driven ; Both cutter feeding and rotation can realize speed stepless .

• The machine is with pressure protection, coolant system liquid level and temperature protection, cutter protection and travel protection,etc. Functions .
