Description
Aerospace parts deep hole drilling machine
Electrical control system:The machine is controlled by PLC system to realize the automation of machine in the greatest extent.
Chip removal device：It is used for recover iron scrap and cutting fluid and prevent splashing of cutting fluid.
When drilling, it adopts internal-chip removal method.the cutting oil is supplied from the oil pressure head，The iron scrap and cooling oil are discharged back to the chip car through the chip removal elbow through the drill hole.
When boring,it adopts external-chip removal method，the cutting oil is supplied from the oil pressure head，and then enters the cutting area by the ring cavity formed through the outer surface of the drill pipe and the machined surface, ，bring the chips to the front end(headstock direction) to the chips car.
Closed-type center frame and open-type bracket: The machine is equips with 1 set of Closed-type center frame and 1 set of Open-type bracket, it is used for supporting the workpiece.The closed-type center frame is the auxiliaries clamping device for the workpiece.
