The machine can drill through hole, blind hole and step hole. The machine can be widely used in the line of automobile and motorcycle, mould, military and aeronautics.

Guide rail: The machine adopts linear guide rail.
Drill box: It is used to drive the workpiece rotating ; It adopts servo main motor to drive spindle  rotating through synchronous belt and synchronous belt wheel, stepless speed regulation can be realized. and the max spindle speed can reach to 6000r/min. Main motor power: single spindle: one motor drives one spindle to rotate ; double spindle :one motor drive the rotation of two spindle; Four spindle:one motor drive the rotation of two spindle.
Drill bar support: The drill bar support and the drill box can be linked together; the drill box is at any position, and the spacing between the drill pipe supports is equal.
  

Cooling system: It mainly consist of high pressure pump group, chip removal device,oil chiller and filtering system.Assemble the cooling system pressure adjustment knob and flow adjustment panel on the CNC system operation station.
Safety guard: The machine is with fully enclosed safety guard.
The basic parts such as bed and box are made of resin sand and treated by two aging treatments. The bed oil return chute is inclined to design, and the oil will not be stored.
