The ZSK2310F CNC Deep Hole Drilling Machine is a multifunctional CNC deep hole drilling machine designed for deep hole machining up to 1,000 mm. It combines Gun Drilling and BTA deep hole drilling technologies in one machine, providing a flexible solution for different hole diameters and machining requirements.

1. Gun Drilling & BTA Drilling

This deep hole drilling machine supports both gun drilling with external chip removal and BTA drilling with internal chip removal. Both drilling methods share one spindle, allowing the machine to handle a wider range of deep hole drilling applications.

The ZSK2310F features CNC-controlled X, Y and Z axes for flexible workpiece positioning and tool feeding.

3. High-Power Spindle

4. High-Pressure Coolant & Chip Removal

The CNC deep hole drilling machine is equipped with a complete coolant filtration and chip removal system.
