The TGK40S CNC deep hole boring and roller burnishing machine is an ideal solution for machining deep-hole workpieces. Designed specifically for combined machining operations, this machine supports boring, skiving (scraping), and roller burnishing in a single setup. It is well-suited for processing hydraulic cylinders, spindle bores, cylinder bores, and cooling holes across various industries.

With this machine, the bore diameter accuracy can reach IT7 to IT9, and the internal surface roughness after roller burnishing can achieve Ra 0.05 to 0.4 μm.

 

Main parts of the cylinder skiging and roller burnishing machine :

 

Machine bed :

Cast by super casting iron HT300 , with twice time aging treatment to eliminate the internal stress, make the machine bed more stable ,won't deform in future . The guide rail hardness upto HRC48~52 , straightness 2~3μm per 1000mm .

 

Headstock :

 

Boring box :

The boring box is fixed on the feeding carriage for driving the tool to rotate and feed. The motor of boring box drives the spindle to rotate through the belt and gears. The front end of the spindle is equipped with a boring bar clamping sleeve for clamping the boring bar.

 

Oil pressure head:

The oil pressure head is the core component of the deep hole machine, which is used for guiding the cutting tool , supply cutting oil , supporting boring bars, and workpiece positioning. 

Boring bar support rest :
It is used to support the boring bar, and a support sleeve is mounted on it, which can absorb the impact and vibration generated during the processing.

Coolant system :

The cooling system adopts an above-ground oil tank structure. The cooling oil take away cutting chips by the chips conveyor and then filtered through a three-stage filter as filer mesh (rough filter)-magnetic filter-Drum filter fine filtering . The filtering accuracy can be 50μm .
