1.1 Machine processing capacity:

Max. Honing depth: 12000mm

1.2 Cylinder Honing Machines functionand application:

The machine is used for precision processing of various cylindrical workpieces with deep hole ,such as hydraulic cylinders and cylinders etc. .

It can do either whole honing or local honing ; When honing locally, the errors of taper, ellipse and local aperture can be corrected.

The expansion of honing head is controlled by servo motor, both constant pressure feeding and quantitative feeding could be realized .

 

1.3 Oil supply mode for honing head :

External oil spray , Internal oil supply.

 

1.4 Workpiece clamping method of cylinder honing machines:

The workpiece is placed on two sets V-shaped workpiece carriers, locked by the pipe clamp chain; V-shaped workpiece carriers could be adjusted by manual to clamp workpieces with different diameter .

 

1.5 Machine bed: Cast by super casting iron HT300, won't deform after many years of running , can ensure the accuracy of machine itself .

 

 

The cylinder honing machines adopt linear guide rail , suitable for high speed movement of honing box . 

1.6 Coolant system  

The coolant system of cylinder honing machines include Magnetic roller filter and Paper filter ;

The coolant level , temperature , pressure ,flow can be shown on the machine control panel .
