Functions and Uses of hydraulic cylinder honing Machine Tools
CNC Horizontal Cylinder Honing Machine is used for finishing various cylindrical deep hole parts.
It can be honed either as a whole or as a part. When honing locally, the errors of taper, ellipse and local aperture can be corrected.
Oil supplying Method: external and internal combined injection.
Workpiece clamping
The workpiece is placed on two sets of V-shaped workpiece brackets, and the workpiece is pressed with a pressure plate.
Machine mainly structure
Machine Bed body,Honing box, 2 sets of workpiece bracket, honing bar support, rack and pinion, cooling system, KND control system, electric cabinet, etc.
CNC axis:
Z1 Axis: Longitudinal feed motion of grinding rod box (tool reciprocating movement), servo motor drives gear and rack mechanism through deceleration mechanism.
Z2 Axis: Controlling the expansion and contraction of the tool, the servo motor drives the axial movement of the expanding tool top rod through the deceleration mechanism.
Machine bed
The steel is casted, after two aging treatments, the internal stress is eliminated, the structure and size are stabilized, and the mechanical properties are improved.
The rolling linear circular guide rail is assembled on the bed body for the reciprocating movement of the cutter to meet the requirement of high-speed movement in honing.
The rack is assembled in the bed body, which is used for feed transmission of cutting tools. The rack is stable after precision processing and heat treatment.
The oil pan is assembled around the bed body.
Honing box
It is used to drive the tool rotation, and the speed of the tool can be adjusted stepless.
The frequency conversion motor drives the spindle to rotate through the gear reducer, and the gear is grinded precisely. The tooth surface of the gear is quenched by high frequency, and the hardness of the tooth surface is HRC48-52. In this way, the gear can obtain high strength, high hardness, high wear resistance and high fatigue limit, and can withstand relatively large alternating load and impact load.
The spindle is supported by a combination of cylindrical roller bearings and thrust ball bearings. The spindle has high accuracy and can withstand relatively large axial and radial forces.
In order to improve the service life of gears and bearings, lubricating oil is used.
