Single Axis Gun Drill Machine
Single axis gun drill machine is used for machining the small hole. It has capable of precise holes from 3mm to 30mm in diameter,it can maintain accuracy in extreme depth to diameter ratios. The working mode is like that: It use internal coolant and chips exit through a groove in the gundriller.

Single axis gun drill machine
CNC control system: FANUC (Other brand is optional)
Guide rail: The machine adopts linear guide rail.
Drill box: Adopt the servo main motor driving the spindle to rotate through synchronous belt and synchronous belt wheel, speed stepless , the max. rotary speed of spindle is 6000r/min , main motor power is 3.7KW (One motor drives one spindles to rotate).
Drill bar support: The movement between drill bar support rest and drill box can be linkage; The distance between drill bar support rests keep the same when the drill box in any position .
Coolant system: Composed by high pressure pump groups, chips conveyor, oil chiller,filter device and so on .
