Product detail Introduction
The machine adopts gun drilling method; It is with single/double/four spindle structure. It can process 1, 2 or 4 workpieces at the same time, and It is suitable for the machining of coaxial holes on the shaft parts.
When drilling，the tool and workpiece are rotating relatively, the cutting tool is infeeding.
Headstock: It drives workpiece rotation, constant speed 120r/min; spindle can be axial movement under the control of hydraulic system, used for tightening or loosening the workpiece.
 

Cutter tool infeed: It adopts the structure : servo motor to drive the ball screw through elastic coupling , which the stepless speed regulation can be realized.
Workpiece clamping: the front end of headstock and guide frame spindle is assembled with cone disc.The hydraulic system controls the axial movement of the spindle of the headstock; By using the chamfering of the conical disc and the ends of the workpiece, the workpiece can be clamped and positioned automatically.
