Machine Functions:
Drilling and Boring hole .
Drilling hole: BTA drilling method, remove the cutting chips backward through the inner hole of drilling bar .
Pull boring : Remove the cutting chips forward through the basic hole of workpiece .
Push boring: Remove the cutting chips forward through the basic hole of workpiece .
Machine main parts:
Machine bed, Headstock, Oil pressure head,2sets drilling bar support rest , Drill box,Sliding guide rail, Rack and Pinion, Coolant system ,SIEMENS CNC system, Electric cabinet, 2sets Center rest and so on .
Processing mode :
1.Cutting tool rotate and feeding, workpiece fixed; Remove the roller on center rest, and put the pad , similar with photo as below :
2. Cutting tool rotate and feeding, workpiece counter-rotate(The center rest is located at the coaxial position with the main spindle, and the eccentric fixture is installed on the center rest, similar with photo as below)

CNC system : SIEMENS-828D
Z1 axis: The longitudinal feed movement of the drill box, the servo motor drives the rack and pinion mechanism through the reducing mechanism.
Z2 axis: Oil pressure head servo tighten the workpiecec, the servo motor drives the rack and pinion mechanism through the reducing mechanism.
X1,X2 axis: Control the horizontal movement of center rest , after moved to right position,locked it by manual; Adopt the structure of servo motor drives the ball screw .
The machine bed , box body, carriage etc. basic parts are precisely cast by super casting iron, processed by twice aging treatment after casting ,to eliminate stress , stable the structure and size , improve the mechanical properties ,etc. .
