This machine is specially for hydraulic cylinder . such as through hole, blind hole . stepped hole and twin hole.

Machine mainly components:
Casting iron machine bed; Hydraulic station, Cooling system; Electrical cabinet; Electric control system; Drill box; Drill bar support; Oil pressure head; Hydraulic tail stock; Job bracket; Hydraulic self centering fixture, Truss-type automatic loading and unloading device, etc.
Job clamping: Automatic clamping and positioning of the job by hydraulic self centering fixture.
The machine adopts double rectangular slide guide rail , precision grinding and quenching treatment.
