0μm Filtration Deep Hole Honing Machine Ra0.2‑0.4μm Finish
2M2120×2000mm CNC deep hole honing machine is special horizontal finishing equipment for cylindrical deep‑hole workpieces such as hydraulic cylinder barrels and pneumatic cylinders. It supports **full‑length honing and local honing**. Local honing function can effectively correct workpiece taper, ovality and partial aperture deviation. Honing head expansion‑contraction is servo‑driven, realizing two working modes: constant‑pressure feeding and quantitative feeding. It adopts external oil‑spray lubrication mode; workpieces are placed on V‑type carriers and locked by pipe‑chain clamping mechanism. Key processing parameters: honing diameter Φ40‑Φ200mm, maximum honing depth 2000mm, max workpiece length 2000mm, workpiece outer diameter Φ60‑Φ300mm, maximum workpiece load 3 tons. All main bed castings adopt HT300 high‑strength cast iron, which has gone through normalization and double aging treatment to eliminate internal casting stress. Equipped with high‑precision rolling linear guides for high‑speed reciprocating movement of honing spindle box, ensuring stable accuracy for long‑time batch production.
Description
1. High‑Rigidity Cast Machine Bed
The bed is integrally cast by HT300 high‑strength cast iron with normalization and twice aging stress‑relief treatment. Rolling linear guide rails are installed for reciprocating travel of honing box. Precision heat‑treated helical rack is arranged inside the bed for stable power transmission. Oil‑receiving trough is arranged around bed frame to collect honing oil and prevent liquid overflow. Multiple movable honing‑bar supports are configured along guide rail to absorb tool vibration in long‑stroke honing.
2. Honing Spindle Box
The honing box is driven by 7.5 kW variable‑frequency motor through gear reduction unit. Gears are precision‑ground and high‑frequency quenched to reach tooth‑surface hardness HRC48‑52, with high strength and impact resistance. Spindle adopts combined cylindrical‑roller plus thrust‑ball bearing configuration to bear large axial and radial cutting force. Internal gear‑splash lubrication ensures long service life of transmission parts. Spindle rotation speed is stepless adjustable within 10‑260 r/min.
3. V‑Type Workpiece Carriers & Pipe‑Chain Clamping System
Equipped with two sets of V‑shape workpiece carriers. V‑blocks realize centering adjustment via positive‑reverse lead‑screw. Workpieces rest on V‑blocks and are firmly locked by pipe‑chain clamp. Anti‑slip liners are pasted on V‑block contact surface to prevent workpiece rotation during honing. The carriers can be manually adjusted to adapt workpieces of different outer diameters.
4. Multi‑Set Honing‑Bar Supports
Total two sets honing‑bar supports: one fixed support mounted on bed, one movable support sliding on linear guide rail. They firmly hold long honing mandrel, reduce tool shaking and improve hole straightness and inner‑surface finish in 2‑meter long‑stroke honing process.
5. Integrated Honing Oil Cooling & Dual‑Stage Filtration System
Complete cooling‑circulation unit is equipped for external oil‑spray supply. Max flow rate reaches 100 L/min. It combines paper‑tape filter and magnetic‑roller filter, final filtration precision up to 20 μm, to remove fine metal abrasives and protect honing head and prolong service life of honing oil. Pressure, flow and liquid‑level data can be checked on the operation touch‑screen.
6. Lubrication & Oil‑Baffle Device
Automatic lubrication station provides timing‑quantitative lubrication for guide‑rail sliders with low‑liquid‑level alarm function. Gears and bearings inside honing box adopt splash lubrication. Two movable oil‑baffle assemblies are installed at workpiece inlet and outlet to block splashing honing oil and keep workshop tidy.
7. Delta PLC Intelligent Control System
Adopt Delta PLC plus rotatable touch‑screen HMI. Operators can set honing‑box reciprocating speed, spindle rotating speed and honing‑head expansion parameters directly on screen. Multiple safety interlock protections are integrated: lubrication shortage alarm, coolant liquid‑level protection, spindle & feed motor overload protection, pump fault alarm and travel‑limit protection. Electric cabinet is configured with air‑conditioner for stable operation of electrical components.
