Production Introduction

Twin barrel hole deep hole drilling machine is specially for the 8 Shaped hole processing with high accuracy and great performance .

Drilling range：Φ30～Φ160mm
Boring range：Φ40～Φ200mm
Honing range：Φ32～Φ200mm
Trepaning range：Φ75～Φ200mm
Max processing depth：6000mm
Max workpiece depth：6000mm

Processing procedure:

2.1 Drilling,boring,honing the first hole and reach the requirements

2.2 Workpiece adjusted to the second hole position

2.3 Mounting the drill head,drill the second hole;

2.4 Uninstall the drill head,install the special boring head,use the first hole as guiding,boring the second hole and then honing.

Drilling: BTA drilling mode, chips discharge from back of the tool and shank(back chips removal)

Boring:push boring,pull boring mode, chips discharge from workpiece inside base hole (front chips removal)

Trepaning：Inner side oil providing,chips remove from outside.

Cutting tool rotate and infeeding: when worked with axial hole,workpiece rotating only.When worked with twin hole,workpiece fixed.
