Description

Machine Overview

TMK2130×2m deep hole boring and honing machine is a multifunctional integrated equipment specially designed for cylindrical workpieces. The whole machine is divided into three main sections: honing section, workpiece clamping section and drilling & boring section. It can complete a full set of processing procedures including drilling, push boring, pull boring and honing in one clamping.
The machine supports BTA drilling technology, as well as push boring and pull boring processing methods. The honing unit is controlled by servo motor, which can work under constant pressure mode or constant displacement mode. It is capable of overall honing and local honing to effectively correct workpiece taper, ovality and aperture errors. The tool can rotate and feed, while the workpiece can be set to rotate or keep stationary according to processing demands.
For the control system, drilling and boring processes are controlled by SIEMENS-828D CNC system, and the honing process is managed by PLC system. Different types of oil are applied separately: special honing oil for honing work and professional deep hole cutting oil for drilling and boring.

Core Structural Advantages

The whole machine bed is made of high-quality HT300 cast iron, which is processed by multiple aging treatments to eliminate internal stress, ensuring stable structure, high rigidity and long service life. The guide rails adopt precision grinding and quenching treatment, with good wear resistance and load-bearing capacity. The rack and pinion for transmission are precisely machined and heat treated to realize smooth and stable operation.
The honing spindle box is driven by servo spindle motor through gear reduction. All gears are precision ground and high-frequency quenched, with high strength and wear resistance. The spindle adopts combined bearings to bear large axial and radial forces and maintain high running accuracy. The honing bar is supported by fixed and movable rests to reduce vibration during operation.
The workpiece section is equipped with through-type headstock and closed annular center frame. Both ends of the headstock spindle are fitted with four-jaw chucks to clamp workpieces firmly. The closed center frame adopts three-point supporting structure, which can adjust freely to fit workpieces of different outer diameters.
The drilling and boring section is equipped with professional oil pressure head, drill box and drill bar support rest. The oil pressure head plays the roles of tool guiding, oil supplying and auxiliary supporting. The drill box uses manual three gears with stepless speed regulation in each gear. All sliding parts are equipped with independent automatic lubrication system with liquid level alarm function, which can effectively extend the service life of components.

Complete Protection & Lubrication System

This machine is equipped with comprehensive safety protection devices, including lubrication oil shortage protection, cooling liquid level and pressure protection, motor overload protection, feed load protection and travel limit protection, to ensure safe and stable operation.
The lubrication system is arranged in different areas according to functional modules. The guide rails and sliding blocks are lubricated by automatic lubrication stations. Gears and bearings inside each spindle box adopt circulating oil lubrication. Some auxiliary moving parts are equipped with manual lubrication pumps for daily maintenance.
The cooling and filtering system is fully configured with multiple pumps, large-capacity oil tanks, magnetic roller filters and paper tape filters. The pressure, flow rate, temperature and liquid level of cutting oil can be displayed digitally on the operation panel, making monitoring and operation more convenient.

4. Main Technical Specifications

The machine covers a wide processing range. The drilling diameter ranges from Φ40mm to Φ100mm, while boring and honing diameter range from Φ50mm to Φ300mm. The maximum processing depth reaches 2 meters. The applicable workpiece length is from 1 meter to 2 meters, and the workpiece outer diameter is between Φ100mm and Φ450mm.
The honing spindle runs at stepless speed from 10r/min to 130r/min, equipped with 22KW main motor. The reciprocating feed speed of honing tool is adjustable from 1m/min to 18m/min.
The drill box spindle speed ranges from 30r/min to 500r/min, driven by 37KW servo spindle motor with manual three gears. The headstock is fitted with 37KW motor, and its rotating speed is 10r/min to 200r/min. The spindle through-hole and chuck inner hole both reach Φ500mm.
The feed speed of drilling and boring tool is from 5mm/min to 1000mm/min, and the rapid moving speed is 2000mm/min. The maximum feed force is 60KN. The rapid moving speed of oil pressure head is 2000mm/min, with maximum tightening force of 60KN.
The total power of the whole machine is 130KW. The guide rail span is 600mm, and the spindle center height is 400mm. The maximum load capacity of the machine is 3 tons. The overall floor space is 21m × 3.5m, and the approximate machine weight is 25 tons.

5. Machining Accuracy

After fine processing, the machine delivers outstanding precision. For drilling and push boring, the hole size accuracy reaches IT9 to IT11, and surface roughness is Ra6.3~Ra12.5μm. The hole skewness is controlled within 0.3mm per 1000mm.
Pull boring can achieve IT9 to IT10 dimensional accuracy, surface roughness Ra3.2~Ra6.3μm and straightness within 0.06mm per 1000mm. Fine boring reaches IT8 to IT9 accuracy with surface roughness Ra1.6~Ra3.2μm.
After honing process, the hole dimensional accuracy can reach IT7 to IT8, and the surface roughness is up to Ra0.2~0.8μm, meeting high-standard deep hole finishing requirements.

6. Main Equipped Components & Brand Configuration

Core control parts adopt SIEMENS CNC system for drilling and boring processes, and DELTA PLC for honing processes. Main drive motors for headstock, drill box and honing spindle box are AMK brand. Spindle bearings are supplied by HWL.
Main electrical components adopt SIEMENS or SCHNEIDER. Rack and pinion use Taiwan YYC or equivalent famous brands. Linear guides for honing are supplied by well-known domestic manufacturers, and honing servo reducers are Taiwan FESTO products. All key parts select internationally renowned brands to guarantee stable performance and low failure rate.

The complete set includes machine bed, honing spindle box, fixed and movable honing bar rests, full honing cooling and circulating oil tanks, through-type headstock, two sets of closed center frames, oil pressure head, drill bar support rest, drill box, independent drilling and boring cooling system, two electric cabinets with air conditioners, complete control systems, machine leveling bolts and a full set of operation manuals.

8. Implementation Standards & Working Conditions

The machine is manufactured and inspected in strict accordance with national industry standards including GB/T 9061-2006, GB/T 5226.1-2019, GB/T 25373-2010, JB/T 6088.1-2006 and JB/T 6088.2-2006.
The applicable power supply is three-phase five-wire system, 380V±5%, 50Hz±1Hz. The working ambient temperature is 0℃ to 40℃ without freezing, and relative humidity shall be kept below 80% without condensation. The applicable altitude ranges from 0 to 2000 meters. The installation site should stay away from severe vibration, corrosive gas, strong direct sunlight and excessive dust.

9. Installation, Commissioning & Acceptance

Our company will provide complete machine foundation drawings and appearance drawings. The machine will go through two-stage acceptance: pre-acceptance completed in our factory and final acceptance carried out at the customer's site after on-site installation and commissioning. Professional technicians will be dispatched to complete on-site installation, positioning, leveling and commissioning work.
A complete set of technical documents will be delivered together with the machine, including mechanical operation manual, electrical manual, PLC program backup disk, machine drawings, packing list and product certificate of conformity.
