Machine structure:

Drilling method: The machine adopts gun drilling method; It is with single spindle structure，It is suitable for machining long and thin shaft.
When drilling，the tool is rotating and the workpiece is fixed, the cutting tool is infeeding.
Cutter tool infeed: It adopts the structure : servo motor to drive the ball screw through elastic coupling , which the stepless speed regulation can be realized.
Workpiece clamping: The workpiece is manually clamped by using the three-jaw chuck on the tailstock and the spring chuck on the guide frame, and the workpiece is supported by the center frame.

Drill bar support: 2 groups, It is used to support the drill bar ; The max hole length-diameter ratio 100:1 can be realized. Linkage between drill bar support and drill box can be achieved. as shown in the figure below.
