TG Series CNC deep hole scraper machine is mainly used in the mass production of all type of cylinders. Scraping-rolling process is used to precisely process the surface of various cylinder inner holes. It can also be used in combination of boring, scraping and rolling of hot-rolled cylinders. Its processing aperture accuracy IT7-IT10 level, surface roughness is upto Ra0.2-0.4 micron.

TG Series CNC deep hole scraper machine

TG Series CNC deep hole scraper machine tool is mainly used in the mass production of cylinder barrel. Scraping-rolling process is used to precisely process the surface of various cylinder inner holes. It can also be used in combination of boring, scraping and rolling of hot-rolled cylinder barrel. Its processing aperture accuracy IT7-IT10 level, surface roughness is not greater than Ra0.2-0.4 micron.

TG Series CNC deep hole scraper and roll machine adopts the additive mode of workpiece rotation and tool rotation feed. Single rotation can also be used.

The bed body adopts 700mm wide double rectangular guide rail(depends on models).

The oil feeder positioned the top workpiece and loosened the workpiece through hydraulic control, and quickly returned through the motor axis.

Famous brand Hydraulic Station is adopted.

The cooling system adopts the structure of oil tank on the ground, and the filtering mode adopts the three-stage filtering mode of chip removal machine, magnetic separator and fine filter, with a filtering accuracy of 50 mu.

The machine tool is equipped with German SIEMENS CNC control system. The transmission adopts rack and pinion feeding and rapid moving. The machine tool is equipped with a patented high-efficiency automatic expansion and contraction combination tool, and its processing efficiency is about 5times as high as that of traditional deep hole machine tool.
