TGK160x1500mm CNC deep hole skiving roller burnishing machine is suitable for boring,scraping,rolling and combination processing of various hydraulic cylinders, cylinders and other precision pipe fittings. The processing aperture accuracy can reach IT8~IT10, and the surface roughness can reach Ra0.2-0.4um after rolling.

The machine adopts the processing methods: workpiece is fixed ,and the cutter tool is rotating . The positioning seat is positioned by the servo motor through the reduction gear box and the rack gear to position the workpieces of different lengths. The oil feeder pushes the workpiece tightly through the hydraulic cylinder.  The mast box adopts 30kW AC servo spindle motor, the speed range is 60-1000r/min (two gears), and the stepless speed regulation is adopted in the gear. The spindle bearing adopts high-precision bearing (NSK) and has high rotation precision. The feed box adopts Siemens servo motor, stepless speed regulation, and the feed adopts high-precision gear-rack structure to realize high-precision and stable feed of the spindle box. The bed adopts double-rectangular guide rails to ensure the overall rigidity of the machine tool, high motion precision and good wear resistance. With Taiwan hydraulic components, the performance is stable and reliable. The machine is equipped with an automatic chip removal device, which has good leak-proof performance; the coolant filtration method uses three-stage filtration with a filtration accuracy of 50um.

The machine uses a skiving rolling method. Because the workpiece does not rotate, a floating scraping-rolling tool or a push-pull-rolling tool is required. The workpiece is a cold-drawn or roughened pipe.

According to the actual situation of the buyer's workpiece, the tool is driven by the push-pull-rolling method. The diameter of the machining is 0.2-1.2mm, the cutting speed is 150-300m/min, and the feed rate can reach 1-4mm/r. The obtained surface roughness Ra is 0.2-0.4 μm, and the dimensional accuracy can reach IT8 to IT9. For the case where the machining allowance is 0.2 mm,For example, the φ100mm specification hole requires the initial hole (φ99.8mm) to have a roundness of ≤0.04mm and a straightness of not more than 0.1mm/meter.
