This Combined Skiving-Burnishing Machine has three working modes:

①Workpiece and cutting tool rotate in opposite directions, cutting tool feed ;

②Workpiece rotate, cutting tool fixed and feed ;

③Workpiece fixed, cutting tool rotate and feed . When rough machining,use the rough boring head to do push boring processing , when fine machining ,use skiving and burnishing(hydraulic or pneumatic ) combined cutting tool to process,which effectively solves the problem of serious deviation after rough machining of hot-rolled steel pipes and poor straightness after fine processing of cold-drawn steel pipes .

Chips removal method :

Boring hole : Adopt push boring mode, oil pressure head supply the cutting oil, discharge the cutting chips forward through the finished hole on workpiece .

Skiving hole : Skiving and burnishing is integrated ,oil pressure head supply the cutting oil, discharge the cutting chips forward through workpiece basic hole .

Rough boring +skiving+burnishing hole : Oil pressure head supply the cutting oil, discharge the cutting chips forward through the finished hole on workpiece .

Burnishing hole: Rolling the hole with burnishing head .
