The boring bar box spindle is driven by a high-power AC servo motor, providing a wide speed range and strong output torque. The feed system adopts a servo-driven rack transmission structure, ensuring smooth feeding, long service life, and reliable performance for various deep-hole machining applications.

Workpiece clamping is realized through a hydraulic system, offering stable, reliable operation and convenient loading and unloading.

Machine Structure and Main Components

1. Machine Composition

The machine consists of the bed, headstock frame, feed system, boring bar, boring bar feeding mechanism, work supports, boring bar supports, workpiece clamping units, chip removal and filtration system, hydraulic system, cooling system, CNC electrical system, and automatic lubrication system.


2. Boring Bar Box

The boring bar box adopts a rigid box-type structure and is driven by a high-power AC servo motor via a synchronous belt. This configuration provides strong drive rigidity, excellent vibration resistance, and stable machining performance.


3. Boring Bar Support
