Product Description

Machine bed

   The bed body is casting by resin sand and normalized after casting. The bed body with deep hole machining function more than 1 meter adopts separate structure, assembled with high strength bolts and positioned with taper pins.

   The machine adopts double rectangular sliding guide rail, precision grinding, quenching HRC 48-52.The width and thickness of a single guide rail are 160 mm x 40 mm; the total width of the guide rail is 600 mm; the rack is assembled in the machine bed for cutter tool infeed transmission, and the rack is processed and quenched precisely. The machine has large load capacity, sufficient rigidity and stable transmission.

   The inner of the machine bed is equipped with V-shaped oblique ribs,which have strong support strength and are not easy to deform. The outer wall of the machine bed directly connects the guide rail, which can bear large cutting force, has good rigidity and is not easy to deform and vibrating during the processing, and is conducive to improving the processing quality and efficiency of the machine.

 Headstock

   It is used to driving the workpiece to rotate and fix on the machine left end. 12 gears are changed manually. 30KW three phase asynchronous motor is used to drive the spindle to rotate through the pulley and gearbox. A manual three-jaw chuck is assembled at the front end of the headstock for clamping the workpiece

  The gear surface is quenched by high frequency quenching, and the hardness of the tooth surface is HRC48-52, so that the gear can obtain high strength, high hardness, high wear resistance and high fatigue limit, and can withstand relatively large alternating load and impact load.

  In order to improve the service life of gears and bearings, lubricating oil circulation lubrication is adopted.

Center frame

   It is used to supporting workpiece; three-point closed type center frame structure, two rollers below and one roller above; two rollers below adjust the horizontally position through screw.

Oil pressure head

  It is used for guiding the cutter tool, supplying oil and supporting. Servo motor is used to drive the axially movement of the tool to adapt to the processing of workpieces of different lengths, and to tighten and loosen the workpiece.

  Servo motor is used to drive the oil pressure head to tighten or loosen the workpiece, which has high precision and rigidity. The whole oil pressure head adopts box structure with high precision and rigidity
