• Machine is with super casting machine bed,after twice aging treatments, the internal

stress is eliminated, the structure and size are stabilized, and the mechanical properties are improved.

 

• The guide rail for moving workpiece and honing tool is square rolling linear guide rail, which has good precision and high rigidity.

 

• The servo spindle motor drives the spindle to rotate through the deceleration mechanism, and the spindle can realize stepless speed regulation.

 

• The servo feed motor drives the rack and pinion structure through the reducer, so as to realize the honing tool forward or backward at the set speed.

 

• The servo motor drives the mechanical mechanism to control the change of honing head

diameter.

 

• Both workpiece and tool can rotate,tool feeding. Customer can choose workpiece rotate

or fix. When workpiece fixed, the rest will support the workpiece.

 

• Machine is with simple protection.

 

• Cutting oil supply system: equipped with magnetic and paper filter device.

 

• Machine is with DELTA PLC controlsystem
