1. Machine Tool Overview
1.1 Machine tool processing scope

1.2 Machine tool functions and uses
It is used for finishing various cylindrical deep hole parts such as hydraulic cylinders and cylinders.
It can be honed either integrally or locally; During local honing, the taper, ovality and local aperture error of the machined part can be corrected.
The expansion and contraction of the honing head are controlled by servo motor, which can realize both constant pressure feed of the honing head and quantitative feed of the honing head.
The total feed pressure of constant pressure feed remains unchanged, but during the honing process, the roughness of the machined surface continues to decrease, and the contact point between the oilstone (also called honing bar) and the surface continues to increase, so the unit pressure of the oilstone acting on the surface decreases accordingly, so that the cutting effect of the oilstone continues to decrease. In machining, when a high point is encountered, it is processed at a constant pressure, so that the load of the spindle motor will not suddenly increase. The controllable and uniformly distributed pressure in machining can obtain a very excellent machining surface, and the highest accuracy can reach ra0.2.
The metered stone is always forced to expand and feed at a predetermined rate. After the honing head enters the hole, it quickly expands close to the surface of the workpiece, and then forces the oil stone to expand the oil stone, which will produce self-sharpening effect. This feed method not only obtains lower surface roughness, but also has the ability to correct the geometry error of the hole.
The mixed feed mode combining constant pressure feed with quantitative feed can effectively improve honing accuracy and efficiency.
1.3 Oil supply mode of cutter: external oil injection and internal oil inlet.
The inner inlet oil and the outer inlet oil of honing machining are respectively transported into the workpiece by the oil pump, wherein the outer inlet oil directly enters through the workpiece wall; The internal oil flows out along the honing cutter through the gap inside the cutter bar, so that the honing oil stone is fully contacted to achieve better lubrication and cooling effect.
1.4 Workpiece clamping
The workpiece is placed on two sets of V-shaped workpiece brackets, and the workpiece is locked by pipe wrench chain; The V-carrier can be manually adjusted to accommodate the clamping of different diameter workpieces.
1.5 Main structure of machine tool

1.5. 2 CNC axis:
Z1 axis: the longitudinal feed movement of the grinding bar box (reciprocating movement of the tool), and the servo motor drives the rack and pinion mechanism through the reduction mechanism.
Z2 axis: controls the expansion and contraction of the tool, and the servo motor drives the tool expansion ejector rod to move axially through the speed reduction mechanism.
1.5. 3 Bed body
The bed body is cast with resin sand, and normalizing treatment is carried out after casting. After two aging treatments, the internal stress is eliminated, the microstructure and size are stabilized, and the mechanical properties are improved.
The bed body is equipped with a linear guide rail, which is used for reciprocating movement of the cutter to meet the requirements of honing for high-speed movement.
The bed is equipped with a rack for cutter feed transmission. The rack is precisely machined and heat treated, and the transmission is stable.
The periphery of the bed is assembled with an oil receiving pan.

1.5. 4 Grinding rod box
It is used to drive the tool to rotate, and the tool rotation speed is stepless and adjustable.
The servo motor drives the main
shaft to rotate through the gear reduction box, and the gear is precision grinding. The tooth surface of the gear is quenched with high frequency. The tooth surface hardness is HRC48- 52, so that the gear can obtain high strength, high hardness, high
wear resistance and high fatigue limit, and can withstand relatively large alternating loads and impact loads.
The main shaft is supported by a combination of cylindrical roller bearings and thrust ball bearings. The main shaft has high precision and can bear relatively large axial and radial forces.
In order to improve the life of gears and bearings, lubricating oil is used for lubrication.


1.5. 5 Two sets of workpiece brackets are used to support the workpiece.
V-shaped structure mode, the two beveled edges of V-shaped are controlled to move in centering through forward and reverse screws.
After the workpiece is placed on the carrier, the workpiece is manually locked using the pipe chain.
The V-shaped beveled edge is equipped with a backing plate with anti-slip function, which can effectively prevent the workpiece from rotating during processing.

1.5. 6 Honing rod bracket
Support honing rod during machining, measuring.
2 sets, one set is fixed on the bed body, and the other set is moved on the linear guide rail of the bed body.
1.5. 7 Cooling system
Provide lubricating fluid to the tool.
It is mainly composed of pump, paper bag filter, magnetic roller filter, oil tank, etc.
It can provide two oil supply modes for the tool: external oil injection and internal oil inlet, which can be selected and changed at the operating station.

1.5. 8 Lubrication System
The guide rail slider used for reciprocating movement of the grinding rod box is automatically lubricated by the automatic lubrication station, and there is a liquid level alarm on the lubrication station.
The gears and bearings ofthe grinding rod box are injected with lubricating mechanical
oil in the box body to realize lubrication through the rotation of the gears.
1.5. 9 Control System
SIEMENS 828D control.
The man-machine interface touch screen is adopted, and the reciprocating speed, rotating speed, tool feed rate, etc. can be set on the touch screen.
The operation station is assembled on the bed body, and the operation panel can be rotated manually, which is convenient for the operation of the machine tool.

7. Acceptance of machine tools

8. After-sales service
8.1 Installation and commissioning

8.2 Training
The machine tool manufacturer will train the user's programming, operation and maintenance personnel for 3 working days.
