Designed specifically for combined machining operations, this machine performs boring, skiving, and roller burnishing. It is suitable for machining various hydraulic cylinder bores, spindle holes, cylinder liners, and cooling holes. The dimensional accuracy of machined bores can reach IT7 to IT9, with an internal surface roughness of Ra 0.1 to 0.4 μm. All castings of the machine feature a box-type structural design philosophy, optimized through finite element analysis. This ensures rational mass distribution while delivering high rigidity and high precision. All castings are manufactured using high-strength cast iron through resin sand molding. After casting, all components undergo normalization treatment to relieve internal stresses generated during the casting process. Following rough machining, a secondary normalization treatment is applied. This further eliminates residual casting stresses while removing machining stresses induced during roughing, guaranteeing exceptional precision stability.
