1. Machine brief

1.1Machine processing capacity:

Drilling diameter range : Φ30~Φ150mm

Boring diameter range: Φ40~Φ500mm

Max.processing depth: 4 meters

Max.workpiece length:4 meters

 

2. Main parts of machine

Machine bed, headstock , oil pressure head, drill bar support rest, sliding guide rail , Rack and pinion, coolant system , PLC control system , electric cabinet, etc. .

 

2.1 Workpiece clamping

The chuck on the headstock clamps one end of the workpiece, and the cone disc on oil pressure head automatically tightens the other end of the workpiece. .

 

2.2 Machine control system

Control system : PLC

Z1 servo axis: The longitudinal feed movement of the drill box, the servo motor drives the rack and pinion mechanism through the reducing mechanism.

Z2 servo axis: Oil pressure head servo tighten the workpiece, the servo motor drives the rack and pinion mechanism through the reducing mechanism.

1.3.4 The machine bed , box body, carriage etc. basic parts are precisely cast by super casting iron, processed by twice aging treatment after casting ,to eliminate stress , stable the structure and size , improve the mechanical properties ,etc. .

 

2.3 Headstock

Used to drive the workpiece to rotate, fixed on the left end of machine bed .

Manual three-gears , speed stepless within gear , the motor drives the spindle to rotate through belt and gear box , the manual three-jaw chuck is installed in front of headstock for clamping the workpiece .

The gears are machined by precision grinding , gear surface is quenched by high frequency quenching, so that the gears can obtain high strength, high hardness, high wear resistance and high fatigue limit, and can withstand relatively large alternating load and shock load.

In order to improve the service life of gears and bearings, lubricating oil circulation lubrication is adopted.

 

2.4 Drill box

Used to drive the rotation of workpieces, installed on the feed plate, with manual 3 gears and stepless speed regulation within each gear. The motor drives the spindle to rotate through a coupling and gearbox, and the front end of the spindle is connected to the tool holder sleeve for clamping the tool holder.

The gears are machined by precision grinding , gear surface is quenched by high frequency quenching, so that the gears can obtain high strength, high hardness, high wear resistance and high fatigue limit, and can withstand relatively large alternating load and shock load.

The drill box has two structural designs: rotating and fixed. When the drill bar does not need to rotate, the drill box can be locked.

2.5 Closed center frame

Used to support workpieces; Three point closed center frame structure, with two rollers at the bottom and one roller at the top, equipped with tapered roller bearings; The two rollers below adjust their lateral position through a screw; Manually adjust the position of the center frame on the bed guide rail through gears and racks. Mainly used to support the workpiece. A closed center frame is an auxiliary device for workpiece clamping, which can be used for drilling slender shafts or for machining workpieces with large and long diameters.
