Machine Brief Functions Instruction:

Drilling and boring operations:
The workpiece rotates while the tool feeds axially. The tool can be either stationary or rotating, depending on the machining requirements.

Skiving and roller burnishing operations:
The workpiece remains stationary, while the tool rotates and feeds axially.

Drilling and trepanning:
External oil supply and internal chip evacuation are adopted. Cutting oil is supplied to the tool through the oil pressure and the clearance between the drilling bar and the bore wall, and chips are discharged through the inner hole of the tool tube.

Boring, skiving and roller burnishing:
External oil supply and forward chip evacuation are used. Cutting oil is supplied through the oil distributor and the clearance between the tool tube and the bore wall, and chips are discharged from the bottom hole of the workpiece. During machining, the tool feeds toward the headstock.
