ZSK2512 CNC Deep Hole Drilling Machine
This machine tool is designed for machining concentric holes and radial inclined holes on cylindrical workpieces. 1.1 Machining of Axial Deep Holes The BTA drilling method is adopted, where cutting oil is supplied to the cutting tool through the gap between the oil feeder, tool shank and hole wall, and carries the chips to be discharged through the inner hole of the tool shank. The cutting tool can move in the Z-direction under the control of the CNC system. 1.2 Machining of Radial Indexed Inclined Holes An inclined hole machining unit is mounted on the workpiece bed for drilling radial indexed inclined holes. Before machining the inclined holes, replace the milling cutter and mill the plane at the drilling position to facilitate drilling. Spindle of this machining unit: internal coolant supply, BT50 taper hole, manual tool change. This machining unit can perform the following movements: tool lifting and lowering (Y-axis, CNC controlled), tool feeding (W-axis, CNC controlled), tool indexing (B-axis, manual turntable), tool movement along the workpiece axis (V-axis, CNC controlled). When loading and unloading workpieces, the inclined hole machining unit can be moved to the tail end of the headstock. For hole diameter ≥φ20, U-drill is adopted for machining with internal coolant supply from the spindle. U-drill, also known as quick drill, is an internal cooling drill bit with good chip removal performance, high efficiency and capability of continuous drilling. For hole diameter ＜φ20, twist drill is adopted for machining.
